Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend that you buy a tracked service and keep the return receipt until the return is processed, just in case!

You can check your order at any time by going to www.UPS.com and checking the tracking number associated with your order.

  • Standard delivery is 5 euros.
  • Standard delivery is 100 euros. 
  • Free of charge for purchases over €100.
  • Express delivery by UPS 13 euros.
  • Free of charge for purchases over 100 euros.

To refund the price, we use the payment method used for online shopping, which cannot be changed. In the case of orders returned by courier, the refund will be made within 14 days of the package arriving at our warehouse.

You can track your order by entering the tracking number on UPS.com

You can modify your finalized order by contacting our customer service at support@ringis.de.

We recommend that you check your email account as you may have been informed if one of the products is unavailable. In this case, the price of the missing product will be refunded.  If you experience any problems in this regard, please contact our customer service.

If you have received a damaged product, please return it to us. Once the product has been returned, we will refund the price.

If you did not receive what you ordered, we ask that you return it to us. Once the product has been returned, we will refund the price.

Delivery

During special events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), there may be delays in processing orders, despite our continuous efforts to meet deadlines.

  • Standard delivery is €5.
  • Standard delivery is free for purchases over €100.
  • Express delivery by UPS is €13.
  • Free of charge for purchases over €100.

Delivery is carried out by UPS.

  • Standard delivery takes 1 - 3 working days.
  • Express delivery within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed before 12 noon are delivered by UPS
  • Express delivery will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after this time will leave our warehouse on the next working day at the earliest.

Payment & Return

Remember, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to change your mind and request a return.

We hope you love all the products you order, but if you don't, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return unwanted items to us for a full refund. Simply fill in the returns slip included with your order and return it with your parcel. If it is lost, please place a piece of paper with your name, order number and the item number of the items you wish to return in the package you are returning and write "return" on it. Please remember that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend that you buy tracked service and keep your return receipt until the return is processed, just in case!

Your request will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the return. We appreciate your patience.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange goods.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Ringis Co Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt, including pictures of the items.

Items purchased from the online store should be returned to the address on the return invoice

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods that occur upon return. Please make sure you use a tracked service and have a receipt for any problems with your return.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after the return has arrived at our warehouse. The visibility of the refund amount on your account depends on your credit card company or bank, it may take a few working days to process.
